Cancellation Insurance

Cancellation insurance protects you in case of cancellation. The Insurance costs 350 SEK per apartment and can be bought when you book the apartment and is valid in case of:

• Death, serious illness or accidents involving yourself, your spouse, partner, family or fellow travellers..
• Military or civil defence service.
• Serious events beyond your control that where unforseeable at the time of booking.

The cancellation insurance enables you to cancel up to 24 hours before arrival. A medical certificate is required for cancellations within 40 days of arrival.

88 % of our guests bought the cancellation insurance last season.

Cancellation

If you have cancellation insurance you will be refunded all of the rent except the fee for the cancellation insurance and an administration fee of 200 SEK.

If you have not booked any cancellation insurance and the cancellation takes place 40 days before arrival, the company will keep the part-payment, which is 20% of the rent and extra bought.

At cancellations when less than 40 days remain before arrival, the company will keep the whole amount paid.

 

 

 

Pet fee

Pets are welcome to our house.

We allow pets in most of our apartments.

The pet fee is 300 SEK (independet of the number of pets) and should be booked at the same time as the booking of the apartment.
